- Invoice Submissions - manual & portal uploads
- Invoice Status Tracking - Portals & Emailed Statements
- Collections
- Problem invoice research and resolution
- New Customer Onboarding
- Implement & Maintain Billing Procedures for existing and new customers
- Customer Credit Monitoring and Tracking
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and different portals
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
