Responsibilities
- Provide personalized insurance quotes and coverage options
- Convert quotes into bound policies
- Manage and service existing personal lines accounts
- Review and update policies for accuracy and compliance
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims reporting
- Clearly explain coverage and recommendations to clients
- Document all client interactions in the agency management system
- Resolve service inquiries promptly and professionally
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required before start date)
- Personal lines insurance experience preferred; commercial experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and agency management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
