Qualifications
- Independent Adjuster (IA) License - REQUIRED (Mandatory for handling Alaska workers' compensation claims)
- Strong skills in Claims Handling, Claims Management, and Insurance processes
- Experience or knowledge in Employee Benefits and related services
- Proficiency in Customer Service with an emphasis on client satisfaction and communication
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Alaska workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
