We are currently seeking a Tax Associate with 1 to 3 years' experience with their specializing in individual tax for high-net-worth clients, S & C Corps, real estate tax, partnerships, and more. We also have a unique structure since half of the office are Accountants and the other are lawyers.Responsibilities:-Assist in preparing federal, state, and local tax returns for Ultra High Net worth individuals and businessesSupport month-end and year-end tax reporting activitiesHelp maintain accurate financial records and documentationCollaborate with senior accountants during tax seasonRespond to tax-related inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholdersConduct research and stay up to date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-savings opportunitiesReview and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax purposes.Communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholdersQualification:-Bachelor/Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Must be interested in taking their CPA which the company will pay forMinimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in individual and corporate taxesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSalary commensurate to experienceCompany DescriptionW3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
