Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Service Technician located in Cleveland, OH. The Refrigeration Service Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing field service. Work with engineers to test new chillers and heat transfer systems in our shop as well as starting up these systems in the field. The technician will work closely with customers to ensure their refrigeration systems operate effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
• Maintenance & Repair skills and experience
• Ability and expertise in Troubleshooting refrigeration systems
• Field Service experience
• Strong Customer Service skills
• General Maintenance skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical certification or vocational training in refrigeration technology is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
