Qualifications
- 5 years field experience or degree in horticulture or related field
- Strong knowledge of landscape equipment and plant materials
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Work with account managers on proposals and renewals
- Coordinate schedules, purchases, and equipment needs with operations team
- Analyze job costs and resolve production issues
- Address client and job site concerns
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication
- Train crews on systems, equipment, and safety procedures
- Enforce company policies and safety standards
- Review daily schedules with crew leaders
- Oversee safe and efficient execution of work orders
- Conduct follow-up inspections for quality control
- Lead weekly safety talks (tailgate meetings)
