Job Title: Estimating Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Estimating Coordinator
to support our pre-construction and estimating team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and ITBs (Invitations to Bid), along with strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage incoming RFQs and ITBs
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope details
- Assist in preparing and organizing bid packages
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and correspondence
- Ensure deadlines are met and documents are submitted on time
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or site development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
