We are seeking experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a new ground-up barndominium construction project in Lubbock, TX.

- Oversee daily on-site operations for a full barndominium build
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across all trades
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specs, safety standards, and schedule
- Manage inspections, material deliveries, and scheduling
- Perform daily walkthroughs, quality checks, and create punch lists
- Upload progress updates, photos, and notes through Houzz Pro
- Communicate regularly with project manager and office team
- 5 years of residential or light commercial site supervision (barndominium or steel building experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of framing, steel structures, foundations, MEP trades, and finish-out processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Experience using Houzz Pro or similar construction management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be available on-site daily in Lubbock
- Project duration: New construction build timeframe
