What You'll Do
In this role, you'll handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including:
✅ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
✅ Admitted or eligible for admission to the South Carolina Bar
✅ 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
✅ Strong expertise in real estate finance, zoning, land use, and entitlement
✅ Proven success representing developers, lenders, and institutional clients
✅ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
