You'll play a key role in guiding clients through high-value transactions, complex negotiations, and development projects.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including:
β Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
β Admitted or eligible for admission to the South Carolina Bar
β 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
β Strong expertise in real estate finance, zoning, land use, and entitlement
β Proven success representing developers, lenders, and institutional clients
β Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
