The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead 2-3 commercial construction projects from start to finish. This includes pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project close-out. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team and work closely with superintendents to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of 2-3 commercial construction projects
Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams
Ensure project quality, safety, and progress in coordination with site teams
Handle project financials, forecasting, and change orders
Participate in job walks, planning meetings, and progress reviews

What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Experience managing project budgets from $1M-$5M
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, buyout, and logistics
Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Microsoft Office and project management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with the local construction market is a plus
Preferred Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional)
CMAA certification
