Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality and inspection teams.
- Maintain and enforce quality systems in accordance with FAA, EASA, UK CAA, and ISO requirements.
- Review and ensure accuracy of all documentation and certifications.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance.
- Train and mentor staff on regulatory procedures and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Present quality metrics and compliance reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, or related field.
- 5 years in quality control/assurance, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA/UK CAA/ISO regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- ASQ certification preferred.
- Documented training history required.
