About the JobWe are seeking a versatile Architectural Designer to support our interior architecture and multi-family residential teams. Our work includes ground-up and renovation projects across medium- to large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments. Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of experience, strong design skills, and expertise in Construction Documents and BIM. You should be self-driven, reliable, and able to manage projects from concept through construction.ResponsibilitiesLead all phases: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.Produce and review drawings, construction documents, and specifications.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.Develop presentation drawings, material boards, and other client-facing deliverables.Support technical drawings, design studies, and conceptual imagery.QualificationsHigh proficiency in industry-standard software.Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.Experience delivering and coordinating projects across all architectural phases.Knowledge of construction materials, assemblies, and detailing.Working understanding of NYC Building Code and zoning; NYC project experience preferred.Experience in Construction Administration.Collaborative, with the ability to guide team members.Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture.5-8 years of architectural office experience.
