Roles and Requirements:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable Zuora solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to define Zuora strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end Zuora implementations, integrations, and migrations, ensuring best practices and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, QA, and operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of Zuora platforms, focusing on performance, reliability, and automation.
• Manage and resolve critical production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Develop and enforce standards for Zuora configuration, customisation, and deployment.
• Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay abreast of Zuora product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee the implementation of Zuora billing, payments, and subscription management solutions.
• Design and enhance complex workflows and integrations with Salesforce, payment gateways, tax systems, and analytics platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact issues across Zuora and integrated systems.
• Define and implement automation strategies for Zuora deployments and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on Zuora-related projects and initiatives.
• Partner with DevOps to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines for Zuora deployments.
• Participate in executive meetings to present architectural options, risks, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Zuora architecture, development, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Zuora functionalities, including billing, payments, subscription lifecycle, and workflow automation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Zuora projects and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Zuora APIs, ZOQL, and advanced configuration.
• Experience with Zuora-Salesforce integrations and custom solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
