finishing organization is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor with hands-on experience in decorative copper, nickel, and chrome plating of aluminum and brass products.This position will begin as an Assistant Production Manager, working closely with the current Production Manager (scheduled to retire next summer), and will transition into the full Production Manager role.The successful candidate will oversee daily operations while managing a team of approximately 25-30 employees.Compensation and benefits will be based on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage 25-30 production employees in a metal finishing environmentOversee decorative copper, nickel, and chrome plating processesPerform and manage hands-on polishing and finishing of aluminum and brass Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
