Job DescriptionAs an experienced Automotive Technician, you will play a vital role in modifying, fixing, and maintaining customer vehicles. You will work on a variety of vehicles, using your expertise and advanced tools to deliver top-notch service. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive customization (wheels and tires, suspension, body kits, etc), excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:- Neatly and professionally install aftermarket upgrades to various exotic vehicles (Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, etc)- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and your technical knowledge.- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.- Provide accurate and detailed reports of vehicle condition and repairs performed.- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper function after repairs.- Communicate effectively with management regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.- Stay up to date on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.- ASE Certification (or equivalent) preferred.- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.- Proficiency with repair tools, equipment, and computerized diagnostic systems.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.- Provide own tools.**Benefits:**- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.- Friendly and supportive work environment.- Employee discounts on parts and access to resources for personal use.Salary info:$20 - $35 / hr
