Youll be the quarterback for your customers.You will:Own the full onboarding journey for small and mid-sized businesses joining our platformLead kickoff calls and guide customers through their first major milestonesCoordinate across internal specialists (legal, tax, accounting, compliance) to ensure flawless executionBuild structured project plans and keep everything moving on timeBecome the trusted go-to contact for your portfolio of customersSpot opportunities to expand services based on real customer needsDevelop a deep understanding of each business you support — what drives them, what challenges them, and how we can help them winYou wont just manage accounts.
