Essential Job Responsibilities
Drive Digital Revenue
- Lead high-impact demos and presentations (in-person and remote) for faculty committees, department chairs, and strategic accounts.
- Build campus-level relationships with LMS and Inclusive Access stakeholders; support territory IA strategy and execution.
- Execute targeted plans to expand digital adoptions across priority courses and institutions.
- Conduct Sales webinars demonstrating how our digital products address common course challenges
- Coach and train Norton sales reps on key digital products, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with Regional Managers on territory strategy, pipeline analysis, and identifying the best opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (Salesforce) to support forecasting and cross-team visibility.
- Provide onboarding sessions for instructors adopting Norton digital tools; troubleshoot early friction points and set instructors up for successful launches.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Editorial, and Marketing teams to share field insights and inform product development.
- Participate in national sales meetings, regional trainings, and twice yearly summits in New York.
- Represent ETS perspective in cross-functional conversations around digital strategy, features, and user experience.
Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales or ed-tech experience; proven ability to influence adoption decisions.
- Strong communicator and presenter, in person and remote. Comfortable leading conversations with groups ranging from 1 to 100 .
- Familiarity with major LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L) and common IA models.
- Strong organizational skills with a bias for action and ownership.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to travel up to ~40% during the academic year.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Employment eligibility to work with W.W. Norton & Company in the US is required.

Currently Available Benefits Include
- Total compensation, including discretionary bonuses, for this position is $80,000-$120,000. All salaries and salary ranges posted by Norton may vary depending on experience, skills, location, and like considerations.
