Responsible for utilizing digital tools and technology to support the construction process through the creation, management, and manipulation of virtual models and data. This role involves working with 3D models and other digital resources to improve project planning, coordination, and execution.
Essential Functions:
- Basic and advanced spooling activities.
- Provide equipment room layout sheets for onsite installation.
- Provide annotated review and installation binders.
- Hanger coordination utilizing Navisworks.
- Make coordination adjustments per direction of Lead Coordinator throughout coordination.
- Reference submittal data for accurate parts and pieces.
- Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules.
- Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of Revit and SysQue.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Navigate SysQue database for locating parts as needed.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant technical experience.
- This position requires long hours sitting and using office equipment, including telephones and computers, and may also require some light lifting of files and materials and carrying checks, mail, and other documentation to different departments from time to time.
- The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows.
- This position is normally performed in an office or jobsite office work environment which does not subject the employee to the elements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
- This position may require a flexible schedule, periodic overtime, and overnight travel as needed.
