Role Description The Window & Door Finisher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Minnetonka, MN. This role is responsible for preparing, finishing, and refinishing windows and doors, including sanding, staining, painting, enameling, and sealing surfaces to achieve high-quality, durable finishes. Day-to-day tasks include surface preparation, color and stain matching, application of finishes using brushes, sprayers, and other tools, and adhering to company standards for cleanliness and detail. The Window & Door Finisher will inspect completed work, make touch-ups as needed, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines. This role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining equipment and work areas, and occasionally assisting with related finishing and painting tasks on residential and commercial projects.

- Experience working with furniture, doors, windows, or other wood surfaces requiring detailed finishing.
