Description
We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-driven IT Applications Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing technical support for various IT applications. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our IT applications to ensure they perform well and meet user needs.

Responsibilities:
- Support applications like JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI, and AI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Assist in application configuration and maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure application integration.
- Document issues and resolutions.
- Train and support end-users.
- Participate in application upgrades and testing.
- Monitor application performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure application security and compliance.
- Provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in IT applications support, especially JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI and AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
