Position Summary
This part-time (approximately 24 hours/week) person will have to be flexible to cover when the full-time Shoe Store Specialist is out of the office at our store located onsite at Toyota Blue Springs Miss. They will help check in inbound shipment to the store with replenishment stock. Interact with Toyota team members to provide information and assistance in response to inquiries about products and services and to enter customer orders and resolve complaints.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- All team members must embody the company mission to provide protection for people, property, and the environment in all aspects of their job.
- Resolves customer questions related to orders, take orders as needed from walk in Toyota team members.
- Maintains communications with Orr Sales and Onsite Store manager.
- At all times has knowledge of product line, product identification number, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
- Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
- Creates new product identification numbers as needed for new business.
- Works in conjunction with fellow Safety Store Specialist in sustaining inventory accuracy, product grouped by single location, stocking inventory, moving inventory to new locations, performing weekly cycle counts and creating SKU Labels.
- Maintains a clean store daily inclusive of sweeping floors, dusting, cleaning bathroom, trash disposal, display maintenance and dusting.
- Works in conjunction with fellow Safety Store Specialist in sustaining 5S discipline in warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent education, required.
- Customer service experience, preferred.
- Experience in managing an industrial store room very helpful, preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent counter service in an industrial environment.
- Must have good Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) skills.
- Knowledge of types and usage of industrial safety equipment.

Salary : $20 - $23
