Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an inherited account base
- Build account base through proactive calling based on leads
- Cold call accounts to try to gain business
- Proactively call on quarterly promotional campaigns
- Cover open territories left vacant by an Outside rep
- Build account bases in revenue
- Maintain a healthy margin defined by KPI’s
- Strong commercial background and understands retail strategies to drive growth
- Organization and planning skills; Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Strong communicator
- Able to communicate/teach basic financial principles/concepts
- Well organized
- Industrial and Manufacturing experience
