What You Will Do

- Assisting the Inside Sales team with customer communications and follow-up
- Helping prepare quotations, sales materials, and product-related information for customers
- Supporting account research and identifying potential customer opportunities
- Updating customer and sales information accurately in internal systems
- Coordinating with internal teams, including field sales, customer service, and technical support
- Assisting with order-related questions, sample requests, and general customer inquiries
- Conducting market or customer research and supporting sales projects as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the Inside Sales team
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, -Communications, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Interest in building a career in sales, customer service, business development, or the electronics industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset and confidence communicating with different audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage priorities, follow through on tasks, and work collaboratively
- A reliable, curious approach and willingness to learn
- A flexible schedule that works around your school commitments
- Up to 20 hours of work per week
