What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep position at W Parnell?
PREP
Role:
- Prep will be responsible for following all recipes
- Prep will be responsible for baking biscuits, Cookies and rolls.
- Prep will be responsible for insuring that the pack line is stocked with all prep items to insure we can fill all food orders.
- Prep will be responsible for marinating all fish liver gizzards tenders and chicken
- Prep will insure that their area is cleaned and stocked
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year experience in food preparation.
- Must be able to read and follow instructions
- Must be able to Multi task and work in a fast pace environment.
- Must be able to lift, stand, and bend up to 6 hour time periods.
- Must be able to operate cooking equiptment
