- Assist with Office Moves (Physical)
- Configure Basic End User Hardware
- Install Printers
- Configure Cell Phone
- Configure MS Authenticator
- Sign User Out of RDS
- Configure Atom Tablet
- Reset Passwords
- Off-board Employees
- Issue TAPs
- Issue Reset/Wipe Commands
- Issue Permission for SSRS
- Make Desktop Shortcuts for Websites
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- 1-2 years of I.T. experience;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Network Management / Active Directory - Server R8 2012 and up
- Corporate Rollouts / Phone systems / Routers / Switches - General IP Based Knowledge
- Enterprise Level Backup Structure and Awareness i.e. - Veeam, Synology, Barracuda
- ISP Hosting Knowledge / General -
- Microsoft Exchange (Hosted) Software 2012/up General knowledge
- Office 365,Visio,Windows 10,AutoCad/Install only ,Adobe Acrobat,
- Firewall/Security - SonicWall VPN, Cisco - Programming Level II or/ General Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, branch manager, and Senior Management;
- Strong personal computer skills; Windows 10 pro / Server 12r8 / VMWARE /
- Prefer candidates with proficient oral and written communication skills, technical skills, and functional skills.
