Description
The Inside Sales Representative is a key support role responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, generating qualified leads, nurturing customer relationships, and assisting outside sales and operations teams to meet revenue goals. This position plays a critical role in responding quickly to customer needs and coordinating equipment rental opportunities for crane and rigging services. Responsibilities:Lead Management & Prospecting:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries (phone, email, web, CRM).
- Cold Calling (Target 30 calls a day)
- Qualify leads and pass opportunities to outside sales reps as appropriate.
- Maintain and build relationships with customers and prospects through regular follow-up.
Quoting & Coordination:
- Prepare accurate quotes for crane rental, rigging, and hauling services in coordination with dispatch and estimators.
- Track quote activity, manage revisions, and follow up to convert quotes into orders.
- Assist in coordinating job details such as lift planning, scheduling, and equipment selection with operations.
Customer Service & Retention:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for repeat customers.
- Provide prompt updates on scheduling, equipment availability, and changes to job scope.
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues as needed.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and job opportunities in the CRM system.
- Track lead-to-order conversion rates and assist in sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and client outreach.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
