- Proven experience in commercial plumbing, especially ground-up new construction (installing complete plumbing systems, rough-in, top-out, fixtures, and underground utilities)
- Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and following codes/regulations
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work efficiently on fast-paced job sites
- Valid driver's license; plumbing license/certifications preferred
Plumber II (Comparable to Apprentice/Journeyman level)
- 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Installs, repairs, and replaces plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and equipment for commercial and industrial ground-up projects
- Works under the supervision of a Plumber III or higher while gaining independence
- Reads blueprints, interprets plans, and collaborates with crews to ensure accurate installations
- 5 years of commercial plumbing experience with mastery in ground-up new construction
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on complex commercial plumbing installations
- Leads rough-in, top-out, fixture setting, testing, and system commissioning
- Mentors junior team members and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
