CMM Programmer / Inspector
Pay: $33.00 – $42.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Available Shifts (Monday–Friday, Overtime currently available):
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced CMM Programmer/Inspector to join our Quality team. In this role, you'll program and run our CMM with minimal supervision while supporting daily inspection activities across the shop floor. You'll play a key part in maintaining our quality standards and helping keep production moving efficiently.
A Typical Day
- Program and operate the CMM using PC-DMIS
- Perform first article and in-process inspections
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Collaborate with machinists and the Machine Shop Manager to resolve non-conformances
- Maintain 6S in your work area
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- 4 years of CMM programming experience
- 4 years with PC-DMIS software
- Strong GD&T knowledge (interpretation and application)
- 4 years using precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- 4 years blueprint reading in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality environment
- Familiarity with ITAR-controlled manufacturing
