Your Role as a Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer, you will support both field and office operations to help ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered successfully.
Project & Field Coordination
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
- Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite communication
- Attend project meetings and track milestones, progress, and action items
- Assist in quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and scope review
- Work with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and proposals
- Support the estimating team during bid and preconstruction phases
- Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Maintain organized project files and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
- Act as a key liaison between project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and clients
- Support accurate reporting to keep projects on schedule and aligned with goals
- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Support and promote a strong safety culture across all project activities

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You are ablt to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward
- Team-Oriented: You communicate effectively and are comfortable working with both field and office teams
- Degree in Construction Management (preferred), Engineering Technology, or related field
- OR 1-3 years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Assistant Project Manager
