The Role: Heavy Civil Estimator
Youll work alongside an accomplished team of Project Managers and Estimators, from the initial bid through project completion, ensuring timely and seamless execution. Get ready to:
- Be the Expert: Develop comprehensive cost estimates that align with contractual specifications, ensuring projects are set up for success right from the start.
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor Project Engineers as they grow into the industrys future leaders, while you fine-tune their skills and review their work.
- Own the Process: Perform detailed project takeoffs, diving into blueprints and specifications to craft precise project scopes.
- Evolve & Innovate: Track submitted bids, analyze outcomes, and continuously refine your estimating process to become an even more effective player in the game.
- Collaborate to Win: Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Project Engineers to seamlessly transition your estimates into the construction phase and keep everything on track.
