W.M. Schlosser Co., an esteemed leader with 60 years strong in the construction industry, is currently seeking a highly qualified Superintendent. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in treatment plant and/or pump station projects. Exceptional leadership, dedication to safety, and unwavering commitment to quality control are essential attributes for this role.

Essential Functions

• Provide leadership and supervision for all mechanical construction activities pertaining to treatment plants and pump stations, ensuring project completion from inception to close-out.
• Ensure that all work complies with company standards, project specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Promote and maintain a robust safety culture by organizing regular safety meetings and conducting thorough site inspections.
• Oversee and coordinate the efforts of crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct detailed quality control inspections and proactively address any issues to achieve superior standards of workmanship.
• Facilitate effective collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to fulfill project objectives.
• Mentor and develop staff, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedule, daily reports, safety logs, and quality records.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in treatment plant and/or pump station construction projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, safety management, and quality control.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Capacity to work effectively within a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to excellence and ongoing professional development.
• Procore Experience desired
• OSHA 30 Desired
