Responsibilities
- Cubes and releases store orders by route as indicated on the Route Sheet.
- Processes shorts / chases and directs Chaser in accordance with established procedures.
- Verifies item quantity on-hand and communicates with supervision to ensure product is not inbound prior to scratching.
- Processes routes for invoicing after loading is completed.
- Answers incoming phone calls and directs caller to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Communication with other departments to coordinate integrated shipments.
- Managing the office in a way that allows proper workflow to selectors, checkers and other departments.
- May be required to perform other assignments requested by the manager, within the scope of function/department and with the proper training, as needed.
