Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group, and experiential therapy sessions.
- Provide trauma-informed, client-centered care, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Actively collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management professionals to provide comprehensive, holistic care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health-related field.
- At least 2 years of behavioral health experience in a residential setting.
- Current Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) will consider provisionally licensed staff.
- Strong skills in group facilitation, client engagement, and flexible therapeutic approaches.
- Exceptional clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in group facilitation.
- Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport.

Work Location: Denver, Colorado
Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts, weekly.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (Dependent on experience and licensure)
