Inside Sales Representative – Construction Supply Specialist

Job Overview

WL Construction Supply Inc is looking for an Inside Sales Rep who is comfortable "talking shop" with contractors and site managers. We aren’t looking for scripted robots; we want professional agents who can build instant rapport, handle the grit of the construction industry, and close deals.

If you have experience in equipment rentals (Ahern, Sunbelt, United, etc.) or have sold high-durability gear to the trades, you are our ideal candidate. You’ll be managing warm leads and executing outbound strategies within Salesforce to dominate the market.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Phone: Execute high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and prospective clients with a professional, authoritative tone.
• Master the CRM: Use Salesforce to track every touchpoint, manage your pipeline, and ensure no lead goes cold.
• Negotiate & Close: Navigate price objections and terms to secure long-term accounts.

What We’re Looking For

• The Voice: You sound confident, professional, and persuasive over the phone.
• The Pedigree: 2 years of full-cycle outbound sales, account management, or phone-based business development. Must have a track record of hitting outbound call quotas and closing accounts independently. Prior construction/industrial supply experience required (or heavy equipment rental).
• The Tech Stack: Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRMs) is required. You should be comfortable navigating automated flows and data entry.
• The Drive: You are resilient. You know that "No" is just the start of the conversation.
