We’re Hiring: Assistant General Manager | HAPO Center – Pasco, WA
W. Harris GSC is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead operations at the HAPO Center, one of Eastern Washington’s largest and most versatile event venues.
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position for someone who knows how to keep a busy facility running smoothly—from event execution and staffing to facility operations, budgeting, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
Salary: $60,000–$80,000/year
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- Event, venue, facility, or operations management
- Leading and developing teams
- Labor scheduling and cost control
- Facility maintenance and vendor management
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a convention center, arena, fairgrounds, expo hall, hotel, or conference facility is a plus.
