Overview
W Financial is seeking to add a Relationship Development Manager to our growing team. We are recruiting for a full-time onsite opening in our New York (Great Neck) office.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying new business opportunities with mortgage brokers, owners and developers and secure meetings with those new clients
• Meet with clients to build and maintain relationships and proactively discuss their financing needs
• Work in coordination with analysts on new loan submissions
• Attend in-person broker meetings and networking events
Ideal Candidate:
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
• Well-spoken and possess effective business-writing skills
• Willingness to canvas for new business opportunities
• Experience handling a high volume of projects at once
• Bachelor’s degree
Earning Potential & Benefits
This role is compensated by a base salary plus a performance based bonus, which offers no cap in earnings, and is an opportunity to control your own career trajectory.
