Duties
- Perform all phases of residential construction and remodeling projects
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all work performed
- Arrive on the jobsite on time and ready to begin
