Construction Worker

We are seeking experienced Construction Workers who take pride in their craft, show up on time, and are committed to safety and responsibility. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from kitchens and bathrooms to commercial remodels, with potential to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction tasks (framing, drywall, flooring, finishes, tiles, etc.)

• Assist with remodeling, renovations, and custom carpentry projects

• Follow project plans and directions from supervisors/lead workers

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite

• Handle materials and job prep as needed

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients when required

• Be punctual, dependable, and ready to work each day

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years construction experience (residential or commercial preferred)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Knowledge of tools, safety practices, and general building codes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to grow with the company and take on more responsibility

• Experience in custom carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, and/or closets
