What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Administrator position at W&B SERVICE COMPANY LLC?
W&B Service Company has an exceptional opportunity for a Bilingual Administrator in our Service Department. W&B is a one stop shop for all your transportation equipment needs. We are a Carrier Transicold, Hyundai Translead, and Hercules body dealer with multiple facilities covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. We offer parts, service, new and used equipment. We sell new and used trailers and refrigeration units. Parts and service are provided for trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and APU’s.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create service repair work orders
- Customer support on equipment repairs
- Warranty Processing
- Invoicing (Parts & Service)
- Administrative support to branch and service departments
- Other duties as needed to meet business and customer needs
Education/Training/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 year of Office Support Experience
- Spanish Required
- Transportation or Dealership Experience - preferred
Essential Competencies:
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service and Telephone skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
