W&B Service Company has an exceptional opportunity for an Outside Parts Sales Representative.
We are Carrier Transicold’s oldest and largest transport refrigeration dealer and the Nation’s largest full-service Hyundai Translead trailer dealer.

Position Overview:
This position requires someone who is driven, customer-focused, and true leader. Customer service is the core of W&B’s identity. This position is responsible for identifying new opportunities and lead follow up. They will monitor industry trends and identify emerging markets developing plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall sales in assigned territory
- Appropriate follow-up on all quotes to secure sale
- Cultivating client relationships
- Regularly target customers and prospects for growth
- Other duties as needed to meet business and customer needs.
Education/Training/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 3 years outside sales experience required
- Spanish a plus
- Cold-Calling and site calls are required
- Must be willing to travel
- Strong Computer skills
- Transportation industry experience preferred
