Sewer and Drain Technician

W. B. Dickenson Plumbing, Heating & Remodeling is a small plumbing & heating company in South Windsor, CT. We specialize in bathroom & kitchen remodeling and residential & light commerical plumbing services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform drain cleaning services using company provided equipment for sink drains, tub/shower drains, & main sewer lines
• Use company provided Sewer & Drain camera equipment to inspect sewer lines
• Assist licensed plumbers with larger plumbing jobs
• Drive company provided vehicles to and from job sites in a safe & efficient manner
• Use hand tools in order to complete daily tasks on job sites
• Perform basic math calculations to measure & cut pipes accurately

Skills Required:

• General knowledge of plumbing & drainage systems
• Experience with drain cleaning & sewer inspection equipment
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for plumbing systems
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and their components
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
• Experience in building, remodeling, or construction plumbing projects
• Proficiency in using hand tools for plumbing tasks
• Ability to plumb fixtures, drains, and water lines according to specifications
• Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and calculating pipe lengths

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
