Overview
We are a growing party and event rental company looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager to take ownership of our delivery operations.
This is not a full-time, 40-hour/week position. Hours are variable and seasonal:
- Busy season: typically 3–4 working days per week
- Slow season: sometimes 0–2 days per week
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a company long-term and is willing to work through the ups and downs of a growing business.
You will be in the field leading a small team (typically 1–2 crew members), running routes, handling setups, and ensuring everything is done right.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run daily delivery routes
- Lead a small crew (usually 1–2 team members)
- Oversee load-outs and ensure accuracy before leaving
- Execute and oversee setups (inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, etc.)
- Maintain warehouse organization and flow
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
- Solve problems in real time without needing direction
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience leading others in a hands-on environment
- Ability to confidently tow and back trailers in real-world conditions
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Organized with strong time awareness
- Professional appearance and communication
- Willingness to work a physical, field-based role
Preferred (Not Required)
- Owns a clean, reliable, presentable truck suitable for towing(higher pay available if used for work)
- Background in logistics, moving, construction, or event setup
- Experience managing routes, crews, or job sites
