VytlOne National Pharmacy Services is seeking a highly competent, compassionate, Pharmacy Technician for our pharmacy located in the VNACJ Community Healhtcare Center in Asbury Park, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician with outstanding leadership experience, to join an outstanding team of dedicated professionals. The pharmacy will be managed by VytlOne, headquartered in Amarillo, TX.
VytlOne offers an integrated approach to patient care, as the pharmacy team collaborates closely with the doctors and nurses in the healthcare center. The pharmacy team will be an integral part of the care team for each patient. So, you would have a direct hand in improving outcomes. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
- Provide friendly and cooperative customer service.
- Enter patient data and prescription information accurately.
- Flexibility to travel to other 2 locations in VT based on business needs located in Lamoille and Burlington.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
- Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
- Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required.
- Must be able to operate various computer systems. Ability to work effectively with co-workers as a team member.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, required
- Vermont Pharmacy Technician registration is required
- PTCB National Certification required OR must obtain within 6 months of hire. (Maxor will assist in obtaining PTCB)
- Willing to float between Community Health Pharmacy and Community Health Centers Pharmacy
- At least 1 years’ experience in retail pharmacy is required
- Excellent customer service skills
