PSR Facilitator Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and bilingual (Spanish-English) PSR Facilitator to join our behavioral health team. The PSR Facilitator will lead Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and Clubhouse groups, helping individuals develop daily living, communication, coping, and community integration skills in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about empowering clients to improve their independence and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PSR and Clubhouse group sessions for adults and adolescents.
• Assist clients in developing coping skills, social skills, and independent living abilities.
• Create engaging educational and therapeutic group activities.
• Monitor client participation and progress during sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid guidelines.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and clinical staff.
• Support clients in achieving individualized treatment goals.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive therapeutic environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation services, education, or group facilitation preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid documentation and psychosocial rehabilitation services preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
