Requirements: Current state license as an Occupational Therapist; Proof of current CPR certification; Current driver's license; Reliable transportation and insurance; Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments, identify patient needs, and develop, document, and update individualized Plans of Care.
  
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions addressing range of motion, strength, coordination, functional mobility, safety, and activities of daily living.
  
• Evaluate occupational performance and facilitate the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
  
• Document patient procedures, progress, and clinical information while maintaining accurate records.
  
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
