Requirements: MD State lic, BLS

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for general med-surg tele patients, including TIA, COPD, urology, gyn, cellulitis/wound care, palliative, infectious processes, gastrointestinal, early recovery after surgery, observation greater than 24 hours, and s/p cardiac cath with no intervention.
  
• Work on a mixed med-surg unit with telemetry, maintaining appropriate patient ratios.
  
• Float within the specialty, other units, and sister SRH facilities as needed.
  
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and holiday requirements, including every other weekend.
  
• Follow hospital protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
