Requirements: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience; Ohio license or Compact state license in hand; AHA BLS & ACLS required

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts.
  
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  
• Document patient information accurately and promptly.
  
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and communicate with physicians as needed.
