Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in the stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting.
- Monitor and titrate drips such as Heparin, insulin, and anti-hypertensives per orders.
- Use EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with charge RNs, house supervisors, and clinical associates to ensure quality care.
- Operate and monitor Phillips telemetry equipment and respond to remote surveillance alerts.
