  Assess physical motor development, functional mobility, balance, and spatial movement skills to determine student special education service needs for a caseload of approximately 22 students.

  Develop, implement, and manage individualized physical therapy goals as part of students' IEPs.

  Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to enhance physical access, functional movement, and participation across school settings.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and related service providers to recommend environmental modifications and assistive equipment.

  Maintain clear, compliant documentation, progress notes, and service logs in accordance with district guidelines.
