Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED environment.
  
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions based on patient needs and diagnoses.
  
• Monitor patient status, perform assessments, and document care accurately.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Assist with patient flow during high-volume shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  
• Float within the ED facilities and sister hospitals as needed.
  
• Follow all safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI, NRP, and TNCC competencies.
  
• Participate in rotating night/evening shifts, including on-call shifts as scheduled.
